Who is responsible

Doiplusdoi operates this website and is responsible for the personal data processed through it. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact hello@doiplusdoi.ro.

What we collect

Contact forms may collect your name, email address, company, role, project interest, message, consent choices, page URL, submission time, and basic anti-abuse metadata. Newsletter forms may collect your email address, consent choice, page URL, and signup time.

The website may also generate technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request logs, browser and device information, IP address, referrer, pages visited, and error events.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to respond to business inquiries, prepare technical conversations, send newsletter emails when requested, keep records of consent, protect the website from abuse, understand aggregate site performance, and maintain normal business records.

Legal basis

Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering a service relationship, Doiplusdoi's legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, or legal obligations that apply to business records. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only when a token is configured by the site operator. If the token is blank, no Cloudflare Web Analytics script is rendered by the site.

Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and X Pixel are also disabled unless their IDs are configured. When enabled, those services may receive browser, device, page, and event information according to their own policies and the selected configuration.

Service providers

Form submissions post to operator-configured webhook and email systems. The site may also use hosting, security, analytics, email, newsletter, and communication providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services, subject to their own technical and contractual controls.

Cookies and similar technologies

The public site is designed to work without user accounts. Third-party analytics, advertising, embedded media, or social platforms may use cookies or similar technologies when those integrations are enabled or opened by the visitor.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining newsletter consent records, handling security events, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, or keeping reasonable business records. Exact retention can vary by provider and communication channel.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, Doiplusdoi relies on appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

Security

Doiplusdoi uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending passwords, secrets, or highly sensitive infrastructure details through public forms.

Your rights

If GDPR or similar privacy rules apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@doiplusdoi.ro.

Complaints

If you are in Romania or the European Union and believe your privacy rights have not been handled properly, you may contact your local data protection authority. In Romania, the supervisory authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows when the latest version was published.
